The Stress Management Program incorporates 2 key elements - PMA (Open Dialog Workshop) and Physical Stress Management Training.

1. PMA (Open Dialog Workshop) - During the 1st part of the workshop, PMA we encourage participants to openly engage with each other (within their comfort zones) about:
> Positive Self-esteem (Self Confidence),
> Sense of Purpose (Recognizing your own value and importance)
> Positive Life Outlook (Positive attitude to life)
> Sense of Belonging (Accept yourself and others while dealing with everyday life demands)

2. PSMT (Physical Stress Management Training) - This is the 2nd part of the workshop which encourages participants to engage in the physcial elements of our stress management program using:
> Stress Relief Techniques (using stress relief training tools)
> Breathing Exercises
> Meditation
> Body Movement & Motion

Life Balance

Balance is not something you find. It's something you CREATE 

This program offers clients a different type of approach to a healthy Body & Mind through a series of non-exertion and non-impact slow body movement exercises, stretching, body mechanics and meditation. The idea is to slowly work the physical body from head to toe and relaxing into what we call a "You Space " whilst listening to natural sounds of nature and creating positive energy and thoughts in your body & mind.

This is a 6-week program.

Anti Bullying Program

Repeat after me: "I CAN DO THIS"!

This program is based on the principles of Recognise, React, Reject and Report.
At S4U we also address the issue of bullying be it both physical or social media based.

This program is aimed at School children of all ages and individuals who feel they are in this situation and are not sure how to address it correctly.
The 4 R’s - Recognise, React, Reject and Report bullying, to not be afraid to address the issue and help also the Teaching Staff / Employers to then resolve bullying situations and try to rebuild the Student's / Employees relationships to what they were before the bullying first started. Students, parents and teachers likewise employees and employers need to work together, as we at S4U understand this and through our programs, we aim to empower people to understand that bullying is very wrong and can be resolved through the proper course of actions.
In our workshops through a series of scenario's we encourage and teach techniques that are easy to learn, retain and use when and where necessary.

These programs are 8 weeks in duration and cover the vital self-protection techniques that are easy to learn and even easier to implement if and when the situation arises. The courses are conducted by our highly qualified Instructors team who have over 30 years combined knowledge in this field.
